Michael Briechle

A founding member of the Firm, Michael Briechle, Esquire concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation, workers' compensation, personal injury, real estate and mineral rights. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Pennsylvania Bureau of Worker's Compensation and the Social Security Administration.

Attorney Briechle is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for NEPA Community Health Care located in Susquehanna County. He also serves as Solicitor for New Milford Township, New Milford Municipal Authority and the Northern Tier Coalition. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Susquehanna County Bar Association and the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association.

Attorney Briechle graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo. During his time at SUNY, he was admitted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law, where he served on the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Board and was Co-President of the St. Thomas Moore Society.

Philip Gelso

Philip Gelso, Esquire is a founding member of the Firm. He concentrates his practice in the area of federal criminal and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) where he serves as Chairman of the CLE Committee. He also serves as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors and Solicitor for Maternal & Family Health Services, Inc., a member of the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Valley Children's Association, and Solicitor to the Dallas Township Zoning Hearing Board.

Attorney Gelso is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association. He has been an active member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania since 2002 and for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2006.

Attorney Gelso is a graduate of the University of Scranton. He received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law where he served as Chairperson of the Moot Court Board.
